This place is super cool!!!!! It's a hole in the wall restaurant located near Shops at Merrick Park Super laid back, casual with outrageously delicious wagyu dishes. The employees are so friendly and down to earth. The wagyu parm is unreal - decadent, crispy, buttery, the list goes on The wagyu hot dog topped with chili is cheesy, spicy, and flavorful. The chili has chunks of tender meat They are a butcher shop and sell various cuts of meat with marbling. They also offer a chefs table supper club experience which is $$$$, and you watch the chef prepare creative dishes/entire menu out of wagyu

The first thing I noticed here was how everyone was so happy to be enjoying their wagyu. The Wagyu at this place is truly like no other. The service is on point. They attended to us right away and made sure we had proper seating because it's not the biggest place. The Wagyu burger was my first pick and wagyu steak fritas is a good choice 10/10. Every thing here was a 10000/10

This place is out of this world. Food? Indescribably delicious. Service? Amazing. Ambiance? Incredible. From the second we arrived, we were greeted and welcomed to the restaurant. We were very excited to be here for the first time. The server was extremely resourceful in helping us choose some dishes. The queso frito, palomina, and wagyu burger were so good. The mushrooms were also so packed with flavor. I really enjoyed this spot and can't wait to return.

Shadow Wagyu might be the best restaurant in Coral Gables. The vibe is unmatched. It's a friendly, casual place with better steaks than any place that makes you dress up; served by some of the nicest human beings in all of Miami-Dade. The butcher shop steaks cook so well on any BBQ at home and are the star of any show. My personal favorite is the ribeye but you can never go wrong with an outside skirt steak. They also make delicious sauces that you can take home. The restaurant itself though is a must try. The steaks are cooked perfectly and everything is cooked in that delicious wagyu fat.. The prices are very very reasonable for the quality of meat that you get here. It is not even on the same playing field as any other wagyu meat you have eaten in Miami, FL, or maybe even the United States as a whole. The meat just melts in your mouth.. and so do the fries, and that delicious fried cheese. Highly recommend the steak frites. It comes with that delicious outside skirt steak that is cooked to perfection. That being said, I am a lover of cheeseburgers. I have had almost all and will make the drive to taste them. I will gladly debate this subject with any other burger connoisseur; however, Shadow has the best burger, period. No burger compares. Shadow also has awesome wines, awesome service and an unparalleled vibe. If you haven't been, you're missing out.

Come with me to Shadow Wagyu located in Coral Gables to enjoy my favorite burger. Shadow Wagyu is a butcher shop/ restaurant with a menu filled with delicious Wagyu-based dishes. Their Wagyu 8oz Cheeseburger is incredibly delicious. Their Wagyu French Fries are crispy and have a delicious flavor from being cooked in the wagyu fat. Their service is always amazing, JP assisted me on my last visit, he was friendly and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. If you haven't tried Shadow Wagyu I HIGHLY recommend that you do!

I would start off by saying that I think the burgers are over hyped!!!!!!!!!!!! The service was out of this world! They went above and beyond to serve us and give us their recommendations on food/drinks. The establishment is small but they have plenty of seats for you to enjoy! Now the food, the cheese with guava sauce was a great appetizer to start with, crispy on the outside nice and soft on the inside. The hot dog was better than the burger! The hotdog had way more flavor than the tiny burger. I ordered my burger medium rare and it came burnt. They quickly replaced it but the flavor was still missing. It is also overpriced which I get because of the meat quality. However, for the price I expected to be blown away and that was not the case.

Wow wow wow. I can't believe how amazing Shadow Wagyu is! We had driven past it numerous times and never thought much about it since it's in a little strip mall with an unassuming exterior. My husband's friend mentioned Shadow to us a while back and raved about it, so we decided to finally check it out. First off, parking. It's tight. There are a few spaces in the front with some on the side. There is a lot next-door that belongs to Havana Harry's but that's usually full too, so I'd advise to go in the afternoon when it should be a little less busy. Shadow has 2 separate entrances. There's the butcher shop area, and the restaurant. Both are small and seating is limited but it is worth the wait. Lucky for us there was a group of 5 getting their check as we came in so we only had to wait a few minutes to sit down. Our waitress Carolina was a star. Every seat was occupied on our side and she was super busy, but had a smile on her face and kept checking on us. We ordered the queso frito, the cheeseburger, the hotdog and an order of fries. The queso frito was beyond delicious. Super crispy and not greasy at all. The guava chili dipping sauce added just the right hint of sweetness. We loved it. The hotdog was easily the best I've had. They split it down the middle so it got crispy on the grill. The bun they used was so soft and flavorful. After 2 bites I was considering ordering another one lol. My husband said the cheeseburger was excellent. It was cooked perfectly and was the perfect size. It was very juicy and not dried out. The fries were top notch. The order is large so you can easily split it with others. Our beers were also great too. I enjoy trying more unique beers that I can't get at other restaurants. Mine was the Orion from Japan and it was so refreshing on a super hot day (it hit 105 with the heat index!) TLDR: Shadow is awesome and I regret waiting so long to come here. We will be back very soon and look forward to trying some other items on the menu!

This place was amazing! Hidden gem! They sell meat like a butcher shop but also serves food. My favorite is their burger! I also love their chili and fries fried in wagyu fat! I still need to try more of their menu but everything I have tried so far has not disappointed. They also have a chefs table where you can book with family and friends to enjoy

Amazing fresh Wagyu in a small strip mall. An amazing neighborhood find. I was jonesing for a burger and new this joint was around the corner. I could almost kick myself for not having come earlier. I ordered the cheeseburger with truffle fries and a duvel (Belgian beer). My God was it good. The place is small but don't let that hinder your experience. Service was quick and extremely nice.
